Welcome to His Lordship Private Schools
HIS LORDSHIP PRIVATE SCHOOL
NEWS LETTER
28th July 2023.
Dear Parents,
To God be the glory, as we end the 2022/2023 academic calendar. We use this medium to appreciate our esteemed parents for believing in us and partnering with us for the progress of their wards. We therefore encourage our parents not to relent in their effort, prayers and support as we strategies for a new academic journey.
VACATION
The school closes today 28th July, 2023.
RESUMPTION
The school will re-open for new academic session on the 18th of September, 2023.
SUMMER COACHING
We are glad to inform you that our summer coaching shall commence by 7th August 2023 and ends by 31st of August, 2023. The fee for the summer coaching is # 5000 per child. However, children who are not our pupils will be charged #7500. It promises to be educative and fun filled as a lot of activities scheduled to make it worthwhile.
ADHERENCE TO SCHOOL POLICY
We want to inform our parents that it is part of our school policy that our children are to come to school with beautiful and moderate hair-do without any bead attachment. This is put in place to avoid accident related to children playing with bead. Likewise we will like our parents to know that no child is expected to put on any coloured socks apart from white.
BILLS
We wish to use this medium in restating the management decision that all pupils are henceforth expected to have paid their school fees before resumption. However any pupil that does not pay the school fees fully by the end of the third week after resumption might be sent home by the beginning of the fourth week.
We want to assure our parents that we appreciate the tough economic circumstance in which we all operate and we share the pain of all but we need to ensure that we operate in a manner that is sustainable so as to ensure we maintain our standards in the face of very tough operating environment.
Thanking you for trusting us and being a part of His Lordship family. We wish you a wonderful and save summer holiday.
